More Bethisms

"yip lops"  - sandals that walk off on their own as soon as they're off Beth's feet

"orgut" - a yummy dairy snack

"my" - Beth simplifies her pronoun use and this works for "I", "me", and "mine"

Example:  "My want orgut, pease, Mommy.  Mo-o-o-o-ommy, My can't find my yip lops!"

Beth-isms

Unfortunately, life has gotten in the way of my blogging habit lately.  Many appologies for the long absence.

Having a 3-year-old in the house provides for near constant blog-worthy material!  Thought I'd provide the latest additions to the Bethopedeia, brought to you courtesy of "Elizabeth Hope Cubbie Stringer" -- the title she will gladly provide when asked for her name.  (She started with the AWANA Cubbie club at church this fall.  She's seen her bigger sisters go through Cubbies for the last 3 years and she is very excited to be in the "Club" with her very own vest and everything!)

"Whipser"  to speak no louder than necessary for everyone to hear you.

ok...  of course now that I finally sit down to write out some of the hillarious things she's said over the past few weeks/months, I can't remember them!  That might have something to do with the fact that it's 11 at night I'm running on 4 hours of sleep from last night.  I never learn.  Well, I'll take better notes and hopefully get more down next time.   'night all.
